EDAS is delighted to welcome one of the UK’s top British watercolour artists David Bellamy to Easingwold on 26th April 2019.

A full-time artist and author, he has written and illustrated over 17 books, and made DVDs on his techniques in watercolour. He is particularly fascinated by the moods of nature in wild places.

Through his painting and writing he hopes to bring about a greater awareness of the threats to the natural environment, and he is particularly active in promoting conservation of wild areas.

While well known for his mountain and wild coastal scene it is his lesser known work in the Serengeti that he will be demonstrating.

Join the Friends of EDAS

Are you interested in visual art, any form? We'd love to meet anyone who could help us to promote art locally, especially amongst  young people and beginners. We'd also welcome help raising the profile of the Easingwold Art Exhibitions and Easingwold Art Fair in the local community. We're always open to new ideas for future events.

A membership fee of £10 per individual or £15 per couple entitles Friends to invitations to Exhibition / Art Fair Previews and newsletters about EDAS activities.   Contact Mary Weir at
